Waverly Park
Not far from the infamous Waverly Hills Sanatorium and adjacent to Bobby Nichols Golf Course, Waverly Park brings fast, flowing singletrack with smooth climbs, connected descents, and plenty of rhythm. For 2026, Floatucky is keeping it simple here with one official trail: Clinic.

Trail Vibe
Fast, flowing trails that encourage rhythm and momentum.
Parking
Waverly Park has two main parking lots: one by the playground and one past the lake at the turnaround / dog park. Either lot works.
All trails will naturally bring you back toward one of these lots, so it’s tough to get truly lost.
Crowds
Medium to High. The lake is a common fishing spot, and the trails are multi-directional and popular with mountain bikers.
Expect occasional hikers (some with dogs). Weekdays or early weekends are usually the best window.
Trail Access
Waverly Park has three intersecting loop segments. Both parking lots have trail access, and it’s possible to ride all three trails from either lot.
Weather
Trails dry out quickly, but you may still find puddles or small creek crossings until everything fully dries.
Power
No power ports for charging at Waverly Park.
Arrive with a full battery.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located near the lake.
