Trail Vibe

Fast, flowing trails that encourage rhythm and momentum.

Parking

Waverly Park has two main parking lots: one by the playground and one past the lake at the turnaround / dog park. Either lot works.

All trails will naturally bring you back toward one of these lots, so it’s tough to get truly lost.

Crowds

Medium to High. The lake is a common fishing spot, and the trails are multi-directional and popular with mountain bikers.

Expect occasional hikers (some with dogs). Weekdays or early weekends are usually the best window.

Trail Access

Waverly Park has three intersecting loop segments. Both parking lots have trail access, and it’s possible to ride all three segments from either lot.

Suggested route to ride all three segments
  • After the Fresh Air segment, walk up to the road and ride back toward the start of Clinic instead of finishing the full loop.
  • After Clinic, continue on to the start of Twisting Bends.
  • After Twisting Bends, you can backtrack or complete the entire loop.

See map below.

Weather

Trails dry out quickly, but you may still find puddles or small creek crossings until everything fully dries.

Power

No power ports for charging at Waverly Park.

Best practice

Arrive with a full battery.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located near the lake.

Quick essentials for your ride: the best map source and a backup.

Floatucky tip

This place rides best when you find a rhythm — keep speed reasonable near the lake and fishing areas.
